yay made tomato pasta sauce today [with the pasta of course] for lunch. It tastes nice. Didnt know tomatoes can become so sauce-like. Nothing but fresh tomatoes! [and a few drops of ketchep out of fear of lack of taste] But yum it was nice! Now i have a whole big bottle of olive oil [which is so ex!] sitting around waiting to be used for more pasta sauce? I dont know. Poor little olive oil.
