Time passed really fast
The new year was here
She realised she lost a lot of things
Within one year
2006, her specs, her wallet, her pet and
Something else she held so close, so dear
Oh well
Most of the time things don't go your way
Instead of improving herself
She wasted everyday
Didn't know the extent of the damage done
Until she saw the sun
Didn't seem to shine as bright as the one
She knew before
But fine, she'll get over it
One day
when it all ends
She'll stop this pretence
Get ahead with her life
Get out of the hive
Get a move on
So for now
So long.
